Welcome to the Boatworks in Bayonne, NJ
The Boatworks consist of 160 townhomes developed on the historic 10.1-acre waterfront parcel situated in the Bergen Point section of the City, a site between Avenue A and Newark Bay that was previously owned and occupied by Electric Launch Company (Elco) – the manufacturing plant responsible for producing World War II famous Patrol Torpedo (PT) boats, including the “PT 109” craft commanded by future President John F. Kennedy during the war.
The Boatworks community includes an eclectic mixture of two-bedroom homes, featuring 2 ½ baths, one-car garages, balconies or decks and vaulted living spaces.
